The best present

The best present that I have received in all my life have been my brother and my sister. My mom gave me this beautiful present. They are twin. They were born on July 21th, 2010. In the present they are 5 years old.

When we informed that my mom was pregnant we were very happy, but 2 or 3 months later we informed that were…2 babies! We were surprised and very happy because was very difficult that my mom was pregnant, she tried be pregnant 3 times before.

When they were born I was on the beach, in Iloca with my dad and my brothers. Then my mom called me and she told me that my brother and my sister are going to born. She was in a hospital. I were very sad and cried because I wanted be here in the hospital.

On July 23th, 2010 I went to Santiago and I knew my sister and my brother. They were very crybaby but they were beautiful and I loved them.

They were my inspiration for study this career, Education. I realized that I loved observe and stimulated for they learned new things. I were very happy when they made new things. They were very restless since babies and I love it, because they learn new thing very fast.

Now they went to school, but they aren´t happy, because here the teacher force to the children for sit and don´t allow the restless inherent of the children. 

Education...

I am studying education. I am on fourth year. And in these four years, I have learned that in Chile we are very far of a good formal education. Children learn more out of the school when they can express and explore the world freely, because on the school the director and teacher don´t allow move to the children. 

I think that the children learn playing, expressing and exploring out of sitting room, in the contact with nature.

The contact with the nature helps to the children more restless for the concentration and the calm.

The children must play because they must be restless for questions the situations and know the world. The play must be a moment of exploring and knowledge.

I think that the work of educator is the most important, because since the education we can change the world, the thought and all. And I am very sad because this work isn´t appreciate for society.

I love my career because is in my hand change the thought of people and guide the progress the children. It is in my hands change the paradigm.

My dream as educator is have a kindergarten that it is rural place for the children can explore the nature and they can be happy. 

Mara, my dog

I am going to write about my pet.

I have a dog since one year. My dog is female and it´s one year and two months old. She is mixture of Golden Retriever. Her color is brown and her name is Mara, because my little brother and sister invent her name.

When Mara arrived, she was 2 months old. She had scare when was alone. In the night I leaved in the garden and she crying until morning. So I decided stay with her one night for become accustomed to sleep alone in the garden and she hadn´t scare.  The technique was a success, because passed 2 nights and she stays alone in the garden and she didn´t crying.

Now, Mara is very loving and playful. When come people to my home, she pounces on people´s legs and lick the hands. Mara loves play with my little brother. He pounces on Mara and she bites and licks my brother´s face.

My dog is very friendly with others dog too. When she sees a dog, she moves tail and jumps on the dog for play. Generally, Mara goes to the park and plays with other dogs and children. But sometimes she is a little rude and the children scare of Mara, because she still behaves as a puppy.

She hates go for a walk with leash. Mara prefers leave alone because like this she can plays and runs free.

I love my dog! 

We are nature

I think that the environmentally friendly practices learn on the same environment.

People are part of the nature, so they must respect the environment.

Since we are children, the adult must teach that we are nature same a trees, animals, flowers, mountains and more. And so must teach that the nature isn´t only alive but is the alive and not alive and all must be respect.

The people must let children for explore his environment freely and guide for progress the concept of respect to nature.

I think that the recycling is very important for stay our environment clean and it´s an answer of environment respect. But I don´t recycle for the reason that my family don´t recycle because we don´t have a time for carry material of recycling for the places of recycling.

In relation to the eco-organizations, I consider that it´s not sufficient if we don´t change our thinking include of the organizations, because I think that a lot of people that joined in a organizations see the nature as a world separate of the people and really all are a joint. 

I would help the planet as a teacher. I would guide the development of children through the nature. For example we make the activities on playground, I let to the children explore free the environment and of here I would intervene for get the learning of the children and development the concept of respect to environment.  

Santiago, everyday is more urbanized so people have less relation with the nature.
